1. How much is an account?

We do not charge for accounts. You'll only pay when you decide to send an email.

2. Why does my account have to be approved?

Firstly, this allows us to have a quick chat to discuss your needs and work out what's best for you. We also take spam seriously, so we require this one manual step to get you started.

3. How can I access the system?

Once we've approved your account, we'll send you your username and password via email.

4. How can I track sales on my ecommerce site?

If you have Google Analytics on your site, then we can seamlessly integrate your campaign with it. This enables you to track from click-through to checkout. You can then create more sophisticated campaigns based on previous results. If you haven't got Google Analytics, then why not drop Tom a line who can talk through what's best for your company.

5. What about training? Is this included?

Full training is given as standard within each package. We have no hidden fee's. If you need further training or would like something more sophisticated set up, such as segmentisation, then give us a call to discuss prices and options.

6. Can you integrate campaigns with my CRM?
